• An exceptionally large nest of Sphictostethus fugax (Hymenoptera: Pompilidae).
• A group of recently-emerged, mostly male, Sphictostethus calvus and S-fugax (Hymenoptera: Pompilidae), in which it is speculated that the yellow clypeal spots on male S-calvus may have been used as a pre-reproductive isolating mechanism.
